WELCOME TO BULLFROG FLATS
Bullfrog Flats is a mixed-use, Master-Planned Community that will be developed in multiple phases over several years.
Located in the western portion of Cle Elum, between Bullfrog Road and SR 903, the 918-acre site will be developed to provide a mix of housing, a business park, and ample public space including a nature reserve, trail networks, and multiple parks.
Core Project Missions
Blue Fern Development’s Master Site Plan is in direct alignment with the 2002 master site plan and includes a variety of uses– A mix of different residential product types, commercial opportunities, and a large amount of open space.
The Bullfrog Flats Development Agreement was put in place to support and strengthen surrounding communities and inspire growth.
The entitlement and development for Bullfrog Flats is being led by a Washington-based developer.
